There are a lot of things that still need to be fixed with the clips. As a group we officially started editing and we are using iMovie. The film was taken on my phone since we agreed I had the most storage and was able to have all of that on my phone. We put the clips all together on iMovie and it came out to be 2 minutes and 41 seconds. There are still some parts we must cut out or shorten that should not be there, but I'm glad we got the time right. A big part also needed to be done are the titles. We will work together to make them look as neat and flowy as possible in the film. Hopefully it turns out as amazing as I think it will. I think the hardest part for my group was getting everyone together, but I'm glad we managed to do it. Without all the proper editing, I believe the film looks great! To be honest, maybe we could have had better lines, but fairly they were cliff hanger lines which are just what we needed. It worked perfectly for the concept of the final task proje

Time to get into a quick recap, because we finally started filming. My group mates came straight to my house after school. We got on my school bus together and headed into the clubhouse of my apartment. I made sure to go to the building manager to let them know I have to film a school project and if possible to keep it locked from other residents entering. He was kind enough to do that for me and it helped make everything go way more smoothly. Anyways, we got home and we started preparing, looking over the script and partially memorizing the lines. We filmed by the pool, the lobby, and the outside of the building. We got an establishing shot of the building for the start of the film. This helped to get a view of the setting of where the short film was shot. Me, Thandi, Brayden, and Elton did our part in acting and Luke did his part in filming. For me working with this new group, I feel like we all worked very efficiently together. It was also an enjoyable time throughout the whole film

Well, we didn’t film… again. But this time, we did meet-up and make a clever plan. My group and I spoke about the costume ideas for the film and what exactly each person should be wearing. It is important that we’re not to dressy, but not super casual. Nothing was set in stone on color or brand of clothes, but it was made clear that it shouldn’t be trashy. There should be some kind of presentation of teenagers with the type of clothing, such as a crop top, but not a super short, opened one. It must be appropriate for viewers and should present the ages of 16-18. With these outfits, it should also be noticeable that this film is being shot in Florida. My group and I want viewers to be aware that we are in a hot weather setting. The climate in Florida is what will make the outfits more teen suitable and helps make it more obvious.   Changes came through very quickly all over again. This time just with the filming date instead of an actor/actress. Because of all this hassle to film during school days, I believe we are just going to officially film over Spring Break on the 22nd. It is hard to get a good date now because of final grades all getting put in for the closing of the 3rd quarter of our school year. Personally, it is a lot on my own plate to handle with all the stress I already have. I keep on getting new, consistent assignments which are needed to be done and soon before everything is closed. It was not an easy decision made yet again to push back the filming date. It was rather hard, because of all the excitement I have going through me to do it and see how it turns out. However, things must be done the proper way and not in a rush, so if we kept this same date, everything in the film would have looked bad. It would have been noticeably rushed because of how sloppy everything would be. On another note,

 Scheduling is not as easy as you may think. It is really a challenge to get a big group of people to be able to meet up at the same time. Due to inability of correlating all of our schedules, a group decision was made to cut an important member in our group. Mallory is being removed from the script, but simply just replaced with another friend of ours. It was hard to have everyone’s schedules line up, with Elton’s wrestling, Brayden’s work, and Mallory’s volleyball. There was no way for everyone to adapt to a single day where each person is free and it just made everything more complicated. It was an unfortunate decision, but it was one that needed to happen. With all this information, March 12th is officially the filming date! If changes are needed to be made, I will be able to adapt to them, and hopefully the rest of my group will be able to as well. I have made all of my necessary preparations to begin filming this short video with my group. It has been a little hard to have a good schedule for what we're going to do and because it was my birthday this past weekend, my group and I could not quite get started right away. I had everyone together at my pool and spent the whole day there. I was preparing since 12 pm and my friends started coming at 2 pm and all left at around 10 pm. This shows how long of a day it was for all of us, including all my group members that were there. One of the actresses was also out of town for the past week. She is a main character so it is impossible to film without her being present. It is crucial that a certain date is chosen for each group member that will be convenient for everyone involved, including the camera man Luke. Due to these minor inconveniences presented, filming will be pushed for about another week or 2, but as a group, we are still making plans for what is going to be filmed and h
