Group Meeting+Music Selection

Well, we didn’t film… again. But this time, we did meet-up and make a clever plan. My group and I spoke about the costume ideas for the film and what exactly each person should be wearing. It is important that we’re not to dressy, but not super casual. Nothing was set in stone on color or brand of clothes, but it was made clear that it shouldn’t be trashy. There should be some kind of presentation of teenagers with the type of clothing, such as a crop top, but not a super short, opened one. It must be appropriate for viewers and should present the ages of 16-18. With these outfits, it should also be noticeable that this film is being shot in Florida. My group and I want viewers to be aware that we are in a hot weather setting. The climate in Florida is what will make the outfits more teen suitable and helps make it more obvious. During this meeting, we also decided on the background music we were going to use. We will be using the song Lovefool by The Cardigans. As a group, it is crucial to still contact the management team of this group. This is to make sure that it is okay for us to use their music. The song would go perfectly with the story being told in the film. It speaks about relationship issues which is represented in a unique way in the film. Personally, I feel like it’s a perfect song, and the rest of my group members agree as well! I am very excited that for the next time we meet, we will be filming and i desire for everythingto go smoothly. Hopefully, we can get everything done in one day because on April 5th-9th, I will be out of town and I am one of the main characters in the film. It may be too late to replace me especially if we start filming before I leave.
