Working Our Way Up

I have made all of my necessary preparations to begin filming this short video with my group. It has been a little hard to have a good schedule for what we're going to do and because it was my birthday this past weekend, my group and I could not quite get started right away. I had everyone together at my pool and spent the whole day there. I was preparing since 12 pm and my friends started coming at 2 pm and all left at around 10 pm. This shows how long of a day it was for all of us, including all my group members that were there. One of the actresses was also out of town for the past week. She is a main character so it is impossible to film without her being present. It is crucial that a certain date is chosen for each group member that will be convenient for everyone involved, including the camera man Luke. Due to these minor inconveniences presented, filming will be pushed for about another week or 2, but as a group, we are still making plans for what is going to be filmed and how to organize the scenes. I am trying to check in with each member that we won't have to change anything too big, except for maybe swapping around some scenes. This is because I would prefer to stick with scenes we already have noted, just move them around if necessary. I hope my group gets to filming soon because I really don't like procrastinating, especially at this time of year. I don't have a lot of time to just do nothing because the end of the school year is swiftly approaching. I need to start prepping for testing in lots of my other AICE classes, including this one. In my eyes, I believe fro filming, the sooner the better. This will help me manage my time and finish editing earlier than a week before the due date. Getting everything done a week before is something I would usually do, however now I am in a big time crunch that I need to be able to keep in control with my other classes. it will be hard, but I know the other members in my group feel the same way and want to be done with everything just as quickly as I do. Overall, I hope to get this film done soon, but i know it is a work in progress. It will take time but my group and I can make it work how we want.

Hi, my name is Sarah Kraja and I'm ecstatic to soon begin this music video. I have some experience with technology since I am always using it, and I used to edit a lot of videos for fun when I was younger. I feel like that will be very helpful for me in this class because there is a lot of recording involved throughout the rest of the year. I always liked editing and filming videos when I was with friends so I have some of the basics down already.
